WHERE ARE WE BASED?We’re just a 9 minute walk from both Gateshead Metro and Gateshead Stadium Metro, with free parking available on site if you're driving. You’ll also have access to our kitchen and toilet facilities while you’re here.

WHERE WILL MY HEADSHOT SESSION TAKE PLACE?Your headshot session will take place in our in house studio, based at our Gateshead office. We’ve designed the space to be comfortable, relaxed and well lit, so you can feel at ease while we capture your best side.

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR FOR MY HEADSHOT SESSION?The best thing you can wear is something that feels like you. We want your photos to feel natural and authentic, so go for outfits you feel comfortable in; whether that’s simple, bold, casual or smart. It’s always handy to bring a few different options. We can chat on the day about what works best with the lighting and backgrounds, but as a rule of thumb, solid colours tend to work better than loud prints or logos and layering (like an open shirt or jacket) can add a bit of variety. Think about colours that suit your skin tone and eyes; dark greens, neutrals and classic blacks or whites are usually great choices. And just a heads up; sometimes we shoot wider, so it’s worth thinking about your full outfit too. If in doubt, bring it along and we can figure it out together.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY FINAL IMAGES?You’ll get access to a private online gallery within 48 hours of your shoot, where you can view all your photos and choose your favourites for editing. Once you’ve made your selections, your final high resolution images will be delivered within 5 to 7 working days fully edited and ready to use. If you need them quicker, just let us know and we’ll always do our best to help.

CAN I PURCHASE ADDITIONAL HEADSHOT IMAGES?Yes! You’ll be able to purchase extra retouched images through the online gallery sent to you after your shoot. Additional edits are charged at £20 per image, or you can grab every image from your session for £100; perfect if you want a full range for casting sites, social media or portfolio updates.

WHAT IF I NEED TO RESCHEDULE?If something comes up and you need to reschedule, just give us at least 72 hours notice and we’ll happily move your booking. Please note; we don’t offer refunds for cancellations or no shows.

HOW CAN I PAY?After you book, we’ll send over an invoice with payment options; including Bank Transfer, Credit Card, Klarna, Clearpay or PayPal Credit. Your slot is confirmed once payment is received.
